TUNE IN: HARDY TO MAKE LATE-NIGHT DEBUT ON ABC’S JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE! (11/8)
COUNTRY UPSTART NOMINATED FOR
CMA NEW ARTIST OF THE YEAR
NASHVILLE, TENN. (October 29, 2021) – Big Loud Records’ HARDY is ready to take his Country swagger to ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, as he makes his late-night debut on November 8 at 11:35 p.m./10:35 p.m. CT.
The self-proclaimed redneck will perform current chart-rising GOLD single “GIVE HEAVEN SOME HELL,” a towering send-off to a hell-raising friend that became the most-added single of the week at Country radio when it launched earlier this year. The track is from HARDY’s critically acclaimed debut album A ROCK
, which arrived in 2020. The Mississippi native’s latest project is HIXTAPE: Vol. 2
, the second iteration of HARDY’s HIXTAPE
brand, which launched its first “infectious” (Billboard
) mixtape in September 2019. That project is home to HARDY’s first #1 song as an artist, the Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson-assisted PLATINUM “ONE BEER.”
On the heels of the success of his recent endeavors, HARDY earned his first-ever CMA Awards nomination as an artist with a nod for New Artist of the Year at the 2021 ceremony airing live from Nashville, TN, on November 10 on ABC. HARDY previously scored a nomination as a songwriter for Blake Shelton’s 4X PLATINUM hit “God’s Country,” which was up for CMA Song of the Year in 2019.
The New Artist of the Year nod is just the latest achievement for HARDY, who has been racking up accolades since he scored his first publishing deal, penning hits for artists like Florida Georgia Line, Morgan Wallen, Cole Swindell and more while beginning to release music of his own. With a sound borne out of HARDY’s dual love for Country music and Classic Rock, his star has only continued to rise.
Featured on Dierks Bentley’s latest single “Beers On Me” with BRELAND, HARDY is currently on the road with Jason Aldean’s BACK IN THE SADDLE TOUR 2021, which is set to wrap on October 30 in Tampa, FL.
